Shooting Star came about after driving back from from Sydney Jan 2020. We left in a hurry as the fires were causing much chaos & devastation and we wanted safe passage home whilst the roads were still open and with the visibility being bearable as the smoke from many fires across our Country was engulfing many towns and roads.. anyways we made it home and after a nights rest Valentina wakes up and is singing “shooting star come back to me I forgot to wish for my beautiful dreams’ and I was encapsulated by the message.. so later that day whilst sitting on our veranda and thinking about what we’ve come through the rest of the song came along …change was coming indeed.

We recorded it in between lock downs that year at Gold Dust Studios in Preston asnd recently finshed it at Maivery Lane Studios.

Recorded and produced by the band with Matt Rodd Mixing & Mastering.
